Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is confirmed only once:

• You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of:

• Pricing errors
• Stock unavailability
• Suspected fraud

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary. Once your order has been dispatched:

• Risk passes to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is aligned with South African consumer law. You may:

• Return an item within 7 days for change of mind (unused and in original condition)
• Request a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months if the product is defective

• Products are used at your own risk
• nulo is not responsible for injury resulting from misuse or improper use

nulo Studio: Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks and may result in injury. By accessing or using nulo Studio, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

nulo Studio provides general exercise and movement content and is not a substitute for personalised medical, physiotherapy or fitness advice. nulo is unable to assess your individual health, fitness level, physical limitations, injuries or exercise technique.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate safely in any exercise or workout. If you have an existing injury, medical condition, are pregnant, have concerns regarding your ability to exercise safely, or are starting a new exercise programme, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Exercises and nulo products should be used only as demonstrated and within your own ability and fitness level. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or unusual discomfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Nulo Movement (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in exercises or workouts available through nulo Studio, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — belongs to nulo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including POPIA.
